En la siguiente lista se recogen las estrellas más masivas que se conocen, ordenadas de acuerdo a su masa, expresada como número de masas solares.

La masa estelar es el atributo más importante de una estrella. Junto a la composición, la masa determina su luminosidad, su tamaño y, en última instancia, su destino.
