El Globo de Oro a la mejor actriz de serie de televisión – Drama es un premio presentado anualmente por la Asociación de la Prensa Extranjera de Hollywood (HFPA). El premio honra la mejor actuación de una actriz en una serie de televisión dramática.

Fue otorgado por primera vez en el 5 de marzo de 1962 bajo el título mejor estrella de TV – femenina, abarcando actuaciones en comedia y series de televisión dramáticas, a Pauline Frederick. Los nominados para el premio se anuncian anualmente a partir de 1963. En 1969, el premio se dividió en las categorías de drama y comedia, presentado bajo el nuevo título de mejor actriz de TV – Drama y en 1980 bajo su título actual.

Desde su creación, el premio ha sido otorgado a cincuenta y dos actrices. Zendaya es la actual ganadora de este premio por su papel protagónico como Rue Bennett en la serie de televisión Euphoria en la ceremonia de 2023.^[1]​^[2]​

Angela Lansbury es la actriz que ha ganado más premios en esta categoría, ganando cuatro veces y recibiendo diez nominaciones.
