Biografía
Se entrenó en el "London Drama Centre". En 2005 Jake reveló que es gay.[1]
Carrera
El 30 de diciembre de 2004, se unió al elenco de la popular serie británica EastEnders, donde interpretó a Daniel "Danny" Moon[2] hasta el 31 de marzo de 2006.[3]
En 2010 apareció en la película Centurion, donde interpretó a Argos, un oficial romano. También fue parte de la serie The Tudors en 2012, cuando interpretó al hijo de los Pole, condenado a prisión y muerte. En 2015 se unió al elenco principal de la serie The Royals, donde da al príncipe Cyrus Henstridge hasta ahora.[4]
