Biografía

Británico,[1]​ nació en la India[2]​[1]​ el 7 de junio de 1925.[1]​ Influido por Keith Hancock,[2]​ se especializó en el estudio del Imperio británico,[3]​ con énfasis en sus aspectos económicos.[2]​ Falleció el 28 de octubre de 2018.[4]​
